James Boyd

James has been in full-time ministry for 33 years and has been in the Oregon Ministry Network for 28 years. He has been the lead pastor at Refuge City Church for 21 years. Jim and Charlene have two adult children and three amazing grandchildren! Jim holds a BA from Bethany Bible College and an MA of Practical Divinity.

Terry Abbott

He has been in fulltime ministry since 1984. He served in four churches as minister of music and executive pastor before becoming lead pastor of River of Life Assembly in Hood River in 2003. Terry and Janelle have three adult children and four amazing grandchildren.

Brian Steller

He has been the Lead Pastor of Relevant Church in Jacksonville, Oregon since 2002 and has served the OMN in various leadership capacities. Along with his role as Presbyter of the Southern Region, he is also appointed by the Executive Team and Presbytery to lead the Church Health Team which serves all Network Affiliated Churches across Oregon. Brian and his wife Kimberly love the ministry and people God has called them to serve. They have been married 34 years, have two adult daughters, one sonin-law, and one grandson.

Vasile Cinpean

 He is the lead pastor of the largest Romanian church in the United States. He has been serving as president of the Romanian Fellowship AG. He is married to Mrs. Rodica Cinpean and together with the Lord’s supply of favor, has raised five wonderful children and now has 10 grandchildren.

Karen Hillyer

Since 2015, Karen Hillyer has served as a U.S. missionary with Chi Alpha at the University of Oregon. Previously she served for 20 years with Chi Alpha in Louisiana and Washington DC, having been ordained in 2002. Through the years Karen has directed Chi Alpha’s international student ministry, as well as serving on Chi Alpha teams with many teaching opportunities. In 2015, Karen married Terry, a godly widower from Kansas. They sensed God direct them to Oregon— where Karen grew up as an A/G pastor’s kid. Terry and Karen endeavor to reach students, train leaders, and influence nations.
