Scott and Karen Hagan are well-loved and well-respected pastors, leaders, and communicators. They have been inspiring church leaders for over 40 years.

Following 38 years as a local church pastor Scott successfully served from 2017 – 2023 as President of North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. Scott’s insights on leadership have been widely used by pastors, Fortune 500 executives, professional athletes, politicians and members of the U.S Special Forces. As a committed Pentecostal pastor Scott has a clear focus on the ‘NOW and the NEXT’ of local church leadership. Scott has provided keynote talks and sermons to thousands and has been invited to lecture on leadership at numerous Universities such as Gonzaga, Harvard, and Oxford.

Married for 41 years, Scott and his wife Karen have successfully raised four adult children and now relish life with their 11 grandchildren. Scott is the former assistant chaplain for the NBA Sacramento Kings and saw two of his sons earn Division-I football scholarships to Cal-Berkeley and Portland State.
